“ Love Fireflour. Tonight was my first visit since having to go gluten free. My first couple trips when I was still eating gluten were great, so I had high hopes for their gluten free crust. I’ll start by saying that finding a place that makes Neapolitan pizza and offers a gluten free crust is rare for Fireflour to offer a 12 inch is awesome. The crust has that Smokey char and thin texture, it’s awesome. The sauce and cheese are both a knockout. Even a basic like a Daisy is full of flavor. Got some tasty gelato on the way out. The restaurant itself does an awesome job of walking the thin line between hipster / pretentious and just a nice dine out spot. The staff were all attentive and awesome. Speed of service was very fast. Fireflour is an awesome spot for some yummy quick fancy pizza pies. ”

The dough they use is probably one of the best I've ever had. The quality of ingredients is unparalleled to anything in the area. “ Passing through and read on Google and trip advisor that this is one of the best pizza places in the area. Well the pies that we had was very delicious. Nice and crispy. The service was outstanding. Their ovens are around 900F. Their pizzas are 12 inches Neapolitan style. They make their dough from scratch daily fermenting at least 48 hours ”
“ As if the crust wasn't enough to get you here, the people and vibe is great. Especially during a beautifully bright spring day on their outdoor patio. Just like when I was in Naples, the pizze are perfectly sized and flavored with the correct ratios of sauce, toppings, and cheese. Make the Saucy vegan with local toppings and you'll be in that happy place. The crew is great and welcoming and deserves all the praise possible. ”
“ Absolutely loved this place. Stopped by for lunch bc I needed a coffee. Got a vanilla latte which was delicious. Ordered a pizza for lunch and it was phenomenal. I don't even like pizza that much but their white pizza, the uptown, is amazing. Perfect crust . I got the uptown and my lunch partner got a half Mushroom, half pepperoni and said they were both perfect. ”
“ You know the story, local owned, unique restaurants make the best food? Fireflour puts proof to that. Wood fired in a traditional pizza oven, made fresh and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and quality. Very thin crust that has just the perfect amount of chew and yet has those delicious char spots a true wood fired pizza should! Top notch pizza, and don’t forget the gelato!! I Love blood orange and finding that in a gelato was an extra treat. Check em out, I know I’ll be back any time I am in Bismarck! ”
“ I eat a lot of Neapolitan pizza living in NYC and travel frequently to Rome and Milan. I have had some of the best of Italy and NYC...and I must say, Fireflour is ON FIRE! The non-GMO crust was fantastically fire-roasted; the was pesto divine; the arugula fresh and crisp & prosciutto—perfect! Who would think that in Bismarck you would find NYC-level pizza? (NO disrespect intended). If you have read the “The 22 Best Pizza Places in New York Right Now” in NYTimes published May 22, 2025 a review of a Queens-based pizza joint is noted. As a neighbor of the Queens shop, I can tell you Fireflour Pizzeria destroys D’s. Bismarkians! Pay attention to 111 N 5th Street. And ask for Kelly; her hospitality is tops! Friendly. Personal. Professional. Oh, and the mango and strawberry sorbetto is SUPERB! I’ll be back for more of it all. Complementi, Fireflour! ”
